Role at a glance

We are seeking a Director, Lifecycle Growth & Revenue to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an executive-level position designed for a seasoned professional who thrives in a remote environment. You will be responsible for defining the strategies that drive retention, expansion, and upgrade revenue throughout the post-trial customer journey.

Your impact

Lead and mentor a high-performing team of revenue marketers while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous growth.
Partner with cross-functional leaders in product, sales, and customer success to execute multi-touch lifecycle strategies that boost conversion rates.
Own the roadmap, testing plans, and performance metrics for all lifecycle programs to ensure we meet our quarterly and annual business objectives.

What you'll need

Over 12 years of experience in marketing, with at least 8 years spent in a leadership capacity.
Deep expertise in SaaS and a proven track record of success with product-led growth (PLG) motions.
Exceptional communication skills that allow you to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
A strategic mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable testing plans and revenue-driving outcomes.
Fluency in English.
