We have already invested over 950 million dollars into the creator economy, with a goal of reaching one billion dollars in funding by 2025. Our massive media catalog includes more than 725,000 videos, which generate over 88 billion minutes of watch time every month. Through Spotter Studio, our specialized SaaS suite, we provide creators with the tools they need to unlock their full potential. We are currently looking for a Director of Lifecycle and Growth to spearhead our marketing initiatives and drive the expansion of our software business.
Key outcomes
- Design and implement comprehensive lifecycle strategies covering the entire user journey, from initial onboarding and trial conversion to long-term engagement and retention.
- Drive growth in product usage and subscription revenue by utilizing various marketing channels, with an initial emphasis on email campaigns.
- Direct the efforts of freelance designers, copywriters, and technical contractors to ensure high-quality output.
- Execute growth experiments and funnel optimizations to improve user acquisition and retention rates.
- Partner with our engineering, data analytics, product, and creative teams to align marketing efforts with broader business goals.
- Manage our marketing technology stack, including our relationship with Braze.
- Define clear success metrics for new initiatives and proactively monitor performance to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of professional experience in growth and lifecycle marketing, specifically within the SaaS sector.
- A background in content marketing or copywriting, coupled with a creative approach to personalized messaging.
- Proven ability to design and analyze rapid experiments across multiple channels with a focus on measurable results.
- Strong quantitative skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable marketing insights.
- Exceptional project management abilities to handle multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
- Deep technical expertise in A/B testing, marketing automation, customer segmentation, and omnichannel strategy.
- The ability to balance high-level strategic planning with the tactical details of execution and design.
- A solid understanding of the creator economy, including the specific workflows and challenges faced by content creators.
- Fluency in English.
Compensation
The annual salary range for this position is 150,000 USD to 200,000 USD. In addition to base pay, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
