Role at a glance
We are looking for an experienced Director, Integrated Marketing to join our team in a full-time, executive-level capacity. This role is based on-site at our New York office, where you will partner with our sales, production, and talent teams to drive revenue and develop high-impact marketing strategies. You will report directly to the VP of Partnerships.
Your impact
- Lead our day-to-day pre-sale efforts by managing RFP responses, go-to-market materials, and proactive planning for our biggest content tentpoles.
- Drive revenue growth by crafting creative, data-backed strategies that align our programming with partner KPIs and brand objectives.
- Mentor and coach our integrated marketing team, serving as a seasoned leader who fosters collaboration across sales, branded content, and production departments.
What you'll need
- Over 10 years of experience in integrated marketing, media, or sponsorship environments.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate growing teams.
- Expertise in PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to juggle multiple projects in a high-energy, entrepreneurial setting.
- Exceptional communication skills and a deep passion for the Barstool Sports brand, our talent, and our franchises.
- Fluency in English.
Perks and compensation
