What you bring
As our Director, Integrated Marketing, you will step into an executive role based in our New York office. You will serve as a key partner to our sales, production, and talent teams, ensuring our brand stories resonate with partners and drive revenue. This is a full-time position that requires a blend of high-level strategy and hands-on project management.
- Lead our day-to-day pre-sale efforts, including the development of RFP responses and go-to-market materials.
- Oversee the strategic creation of high-quality marketing collateral, such as presentations and case studies, to effectively communicate our unique value proposition.
- Mentor and develop our integrated marketing team, acting as a coach and voice of experience to ensure seamless collaboration across all internal departments.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with over 10 years of experience in integrated marketing, media, or sponsorship within an agency or media company environment. You should possess exceptional leadership skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite is essential, as is a deep understanding of our brand, talent, and franchises. We value candidates who demonstrate strong strategic thinking, excellent interpersonal communication, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while managing complex projects.
What we offer
