About the Role
We are seeking a Director, Integrated Campaigns to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. In this executive-level role, you will be the driving force behind our marketing efforts, creating impactful campaigns that span our various products, customer segments, and global regions. You will partner closely with our product, sales, and marketing teams to develop strategies that expand our market share and accelerate customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of comprehensive, cross-channel campaign strategies that align with our product roadmap and target customer profiles.
- Mentor and manage a high-performing team of campaign and virtual event managers to capture global demand and maintain consistent brand messaging.
- Utilize advanced data analytics to evaluate campaign performance, optimize channel mix, and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders to improve overall ROI.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should bring a wealth of experience and a strategic mindset. We are looking for candidates who possess the following:
- Over 10 years of marketing leadership experience, specifically managing a revenue pipeline exceeding $100M within high-growth environments.
- A proven track record of executing successful go-to-market strategies and integrated campaigns that generate measurable revenue growth.
- Demonstrated success in leading and mentoring teams of campaign and webinar managers.
- Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, strategic decisions.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to foster strong relationships across cross-functional departments.

This is a remote position available to candidates based anywhere.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a base salary range of $180,000 to $200,000, in addition to bonus opportunities and equity. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
