The role
We are looking for a Director of Influencer Marketing to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a senior-level leadership position reporting to the Sr. Director of Social and Influencer Marketing. You will be at the heart of our brand growth, taking ownership of our influencer strategy from the initial concept through to final execution. We need a strategic thinker who can elevate our luxury positioning while driving demand and creating meaningful trends in the beauty industry.
Core responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies that build brand awareness, maintain our luxury status, and drive sales.
- Cultivate and manage a robust network of influencers across beauty, art, and lifestyle verticals to ensure our partnerships resonate with target audiences.
- Lead and mentor a dedicated team to achieve key performance indicators and growth objectives while managing budgets, contract negotiations, and campaign delivery.
Skills and experience
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in marketing and a passion for the beauty industry. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of professional experience in influencer marketing with a proven history of leading successful, high-impact campaigns.
- Deep expertise across major social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Proven ability to analyze campaign performance data to derive actionable insights and optimize future strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities to manage internal cross-functional relationships and external influencer partnerships.
Compensation and benefits
The expected base salary for this position ranges from $130,000 to $140,000 per year, with the final offer determined by your specific skills, experience, and location. In addition to your base pay, you will be eligible for our discretionary bonus plan. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package to support your well-being, which includes:
