Role at a glance
We are hiring a Director, Growth Marketing on a full-time, executive-level basis. The role is based on-site in the United States and reports directly into our leadership team.
Your impact
- Own Spotter’s full acquisition marketing strategy across search, social, display, affiliate, community, and emerging channels, building data-backed cases that guide how we prioritize and fund growth initiatives.
- Set and hit annual, quarterly, and monthly targets for new subscribers and marketing spend while continuously refining budget allocation through clear KPI tracking and ROI analysis.
- Build and scale a high-performing growth marketing team, fostering cross-functional alignment and streamlined processes that keep our go-to-market engine efficient and results-focused.
What you'll need
You bring at least eight years of hands-on experience developing and executing growth marketing programs for consumer SaaS or subscription products. You have managed sizable media budgets with full visibility into CAC, ROAS, LTV:CAC, and payback periods, and you are fluent in SEO, SEM, display, social, affiliate, and influencer channels. You combine strategic vision with tactical execution, moving comfortably between high-level planning and campaign-level detail. Strong analytical skills, proven success with customer segmentation, funnel optimization, and A/B testing, plus exceptional communication and leadership abilities round out your profile. English fluency is required.
Perks and compensation
For this role based in Culver City, the salary range is $100K–$500K per year.
