Now we are looking for a Director, Growth Marketing to join us on-site in the United States and help even more creators reach new heights.
What you bring
We need an executive-level leader who will own subscriber acquisition across every channel-search, social, display, affiliate, and community-while steering a full-time, on-site team toward ambitious growth and revenue targets. Your background in Marketing, SEO, SEM, Display, Social, and Affiliate programs, combined with a sharp focus on KPIs, CAC, and LTV, will let you turn data into clear investment roadmaps and measurable wins. Three core responsibilities stand out: building data-driven business cases that align stakeholders on where to place growth dollars, setting and hitting annual, quarterly, and monthly subscriber and spend goals, and continuously refining campaign ROI so every dollar works harder. This role is based in the United States and requires an on-site presence.
Requirements
You bring at least eight years of hands-on growth marketing experience with consumer SaaS or subscription products, including global campaign builds and full ownership of sizable media budgets. You are fluent in English and comfortable presenting complex performance narratives to both internal leaders and external partners. Beyond technical fluency in SEO, SEM, Display, Social, Affiliate, and Influencer channels, you excel at customer segmentation, omnichannel planning, funnel optimization, and A/B testing. The ideal candidate pairs analytical rigor with creative problem-solving, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has a track record of developing high-performing teams that scale. Executive presence, clear communication, and a genuine passion for customer-centric growth round out the profile we seek.
What we offer
Spotter offers a salary range of $100K-$500K per year for this position in Culver City.
