Our team of tech and hospitality experts has already partnered with over 1,800 properties, including major names like Four Seasons and Ritz-Carlton, to help more than 3 million people find relaxation. We are currently in an exciting growth phase, having recently secured $30 million in Series B funding, and we are looking for passionate individuals to help us build this new category of travel.
What is this role?
We are seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to join our team in a full-time capacity at our headquarters in New York City. This is a senior-level position where you will report directly to the VP of Marketing. You will lead our performance marketing efforts, managing a seven-figure media budget and overseeing a small internal team alongside agency partners. We are looking for a strategic leader who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is ready to help us scale our performance strategy.
What will you do?
- Own the strategy and execution of our paid media budget across channels like Paid Social, Search, Display, and Affiliate, while testing new opportunities in areas like TV and audio.
- Direct our SEO program to drive organic traffic and ensure that our paid and organic search strategies are perfectly aligned.
- Lead the performance creative process by managing resourcing, briefing, and the feedback loops necessary to continuously iterate on assets that drive results.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 7 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally with a background in local marketplaces. You are a data-driven professional who is fluent in tools like Looker and Amplitude, and you possess a deep understanding of concepts like attribution, incrementality, and payback metrics. We value candidates who are comfortable in builder mode and can balance high-level strategy with the day-to-day details. Excellent communication skills in English are required, and above all, we are looking for a collaborative team player who values a positive and supportive company culture.
