What you bring
We are searching for a strategic Director, Event Marketing to join our Growth Marketing team on a full-time basis. This role is perfect for someone with over a decade of experience who thrives on high-level strategy and immersive brand storytelling. You will be based in the United States, with the expectation of working from our New York City headquarters at least two days per week. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading the end-to-end strategy for our event marketing, including large-scale flagship events, field programs, and third-party sponsorships.
- Managing and mentoring a team of six marketers and two agencies to ensure operational excellence and creative growth.
- Driving pipeline generation through data-informed decision-making and leveraging Salesforce to track and report on performance.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a deep background in B2B SaaS event marketing. You should possess strong leadership capabilities, a data-first mindset, and the ability to manage complex budgets while maintaining a sharp focus on strategic outcomes. We value candidates who are highly detail-oriented yet comfortable delegating effectively. Proficiency in Salesforce and event management software is essential, as is the ability to communicate fluently in English. Whether you have a background in crafting unique brand identities or managing global, large-scale conferences, we are looking for someone who is passionate about creating memorable, high-impact experiences.
What we offer
