At CompanyCam we build a simple photo documentation and productivity app that helps contractors in commercial and home-services industries communicate clearly, stay accountable, and earn lasting trust with their own teams and clients. We’re now inviting an experienced marketing leader to guide our move up-market and accelerate revenue in the mid-market segment.
What you bring
We’re hiring a Director of Enterprise Marketing on a full-time, hybrid basis. In this executive role you’ll own strategy and day-to-day execution for all mid-market acquisition programs, blending account-based experiences, outbound campaigns, strategic partnerships, and high-touch engagement. You’ll sit on the Marketing leadership team, partner closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations, and directly manage a growing acquisition team that includes a Senior Manager of Field Marketing and two Marketing Managers. The position is open to candidates who live anywhere in the United States, with occasional travel to our Lincoln, Nebraska headquarters.
- Define and own the enterprise and mid-market acquisition strategy, aligning every program with CompanyCam’s broader growth goals.
- Build full-funnel marketing plans that span digital channels, ABM, events, and co-marketing partnerships to attract and nurture high-value accounts.
- Equip Sales with the content, insights, and marketing-sourced opportunities needed to shorten the path from lead to closed-won revenue.
Requirements
The ideal candidate brings at least ten years of marketing experience, including five or more years in senior leadership roles focused on mid-market and enterprise segments and at least three years marketing B2B SaaS products. You are fluent in marketing analytics and reporting tools as well as Salesforce, and you use data to steer decisions and demonstrate pipeline impact. You have a collaborative leadership style, a track record of scaling high-performing teams, and the communication skills to align cross-functional stakeholders around shared revenue targets. Experience with ABM or ABX programs, field marketing, or partner co-marketing is highly valued, as is familiarity with the construction or field-services industry. We’re looking for someone who pairs strategic thinking with a growth mindset and a knack for creative problem-solving.
What we offer
