Are you ready to shape how the world discovers and adopts groundbreaking IoT technology? At Impinj we connect billions of everyday items to the internet, helping retailers, healthcare providers, airlines, and manufacturers gain real-time visibility into the things that matter most. We’re looking for a strategic leader to guide our enterprise demand efforts and help bring our innovations to market at scale.
What you bring
We need an experienced executive to lead our global demand-generation function on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. In this role you will develop integrated strategies that attract, nurture, and convert high-value opportunities across complex enterprise sales cycles. You will align closely with go-to-market and executive teams to set revenue targets and campaign budgets, and you will build the data frameworks and processes that let us measure and improve performance in real time. Your three core responsibilities are: developing cohesive demand strategies and scaled budgets that map to our product roadmap; driving cross-functional alignment so every campaign supports revenue goals and customer preference; and establishing the analytics, systems, and agile ways of working that turn data into continuous improvement. The position is based in the United States, with a strong preference for candidates located in Seattle.
Requirements
You bring at least eight years of demand-generation leadership within an enterprise technology or B2B environment, ideally with exposure to semiconductors or complex hardware sales. You are fluent in marketing automation, account-based marketing, CRM platforms, and visualization tools, and you have used Salesforce, Pardot, and PowerBI to drive measurable results. A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is required, and experience working across global teams or additional language skills is a plus. Beyond technical expertise, you are an analytical problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity, a clear communicator who can translate technical capabilities into customer-focused messaging, and a people-first leader who builds high-performing teams grounded in experimentation and shared success.
What we offer
The typical base pay range for this role across the United States is $160,000 to $255,000, with individual offers determined by role complexity, experience, and relevant skills. In addition to competitive base compensation, eligible team members may receive merit increases, annual bonuses, stock awards, and sales incentives tied to revenue or utilization. We also provide healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan with company match, stock options, an open paid-time-off policy, and flexible remote-work options alongside our Seattle headquarters overlooking Lake Union and the Olympic Mountains.
- 401(k) plan with company match
- Stock options and eligibility for equity awards
- Paid time off with an open vacation policy
- Remote-work flexibility in addition to on-site collaboration space
How to Apply
If this opportunity to lead enterprise demand at the forefront of IoT excites you, we encourage you to apply. We review every application personally and look forward to learning how your experience and leadership style can help us connect trillions of everyday items to the internet.
