The opportunity
We are seeking a Director of Ecommerce & Digital Marketing to lead our brand through the fast-evolving digital landscape. This is a vital role where you will apply a general management mindset to maximize online sales across omnichannel retailers, pure-play digital platforms, and our own direct-to-consumer channels. You will own the channel P&L, including pricing, profit delivery, and growth strategies, while serving as a strategic leader who helps our organization design for the future.
A day in the life
- Lead the development and execution of multi-year strategic plans to drive eCommerce sales growth across all digital and retail channels.
- Manage the digital ecosystem, including social media and consumer relations, to ensure a cohesive and engaging experience for our customers.
- Oversee a team of three direct reports while collaborating with cross-functional partners in sales, finance, and operations to achieve our collective growth goals.
Who you are
You are a strategic thinker with at least 10 years of marketing experience, ideally within the food or beverage industry. You possess a strong background in eCommerce and digital marketing, with specific expertise in Amazon and direct-to-consumer sales. You are a proven people leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to manage a P&L effectively. Your technical toolkit includes proficiency in Google Analytics, Tableau, and CRM tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, or Marketo. You communicate with clarity and possess the analytical skills required to turn data into actionable business recommendations.
