First Entertainment Credit Union is seeking an innovative Director, Digital Marketing to join our team in Hollywood, California. We are dedicated to building lifelong financial relationships with the entertainment community, and we need a creative storyteller who can use data to craft a best-in-class digital experience for our members.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of digital campaigns, including audience segmentation, content creation, deployment, and performance analytics.
- Monitor campaign metrics to optimize targeting, messaging, and creative assets to maximize return on investment.
- Utilize customer insights and data to deliver personalized content and product recommendations that enhance member loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to design and refine our website and landing pages.
- Drive growth across email, SMS, social media, and emerging platforms using data-informed strategies.
- Manage our marketing technology stack and maintain strategic partnerships to ensure we meet our organizational goals.
- Develop and execute a roadmap for social media initiatives that aligns with our broader business objectives.
- Implement test-and-learn frameworks to foster innovation and incremental growth.
Must-haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- At least 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, ideally within a financial institution, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong proficiency in SEO, WordPress, and HTML.
- Expertise in social media analytics and scheduling tools.
- Working knowledge of banking or credit union products, procedures, and relevant industry regulations.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Fluency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- An MBA is highly preferred.
Benefits
The target starting salary for this position in California is between $125,000 and $150,000.
