We are currently looking for a Director, Demand Generation to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a vital leadership role where you will shape our acquisition strategy and help us reach our ambitious revenue goals while working in a supportive, inclusive, and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead our demand generation function, defining a data-driven strategy that aligns with our broader marketing and revenue objectives.
- Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, utilizing tools like SEO, SEM, and marketing automation to identify, nurture, and convert prospects effectively.
- Establish robust metrics and reporting frameworks to track the success of our lead generation activities and continuously optimize our performance for maximum ROI.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in enterprise B2B marketing, specifically executing digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, and advertising.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a management capacity, overseeing marketing staff, funnels, and operational functions.
- A Bachelor’s degree and deep technical proficiency in marketing automation, website development, and analytics tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical capabilities and a proven track record of using data to inform creative, high-impact marketing strategies.
- Prior experience in healthcare technology or selling to payers is highly preferred.
What we offer
