We are currently looking for a Director, Demand Generation to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a vital leadership role where you will shape our acquisition strategy and help us reach our ambitious revenue goals while working in a supportive, inclusive, and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Build and lead our demand generation function, defining a data-driven strategy that aligns with our broader marketing and revenue objectives.
Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, utilizing tools like SEO, SEM, and marketing automation to identify, nurture, and convert prospects effectively.
Establish robust metrics and reporting frameworks to track the success of our lead generation activities and continuously optimize our performance for maximum ROI.

Requirements

At least 8 years of experience in enterprise B2B marketing, specifically executing digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, and advertising.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a management capacity, overseeing marketing staff, funnels, and operational functions.
A Bachelor’s degree and deep technical proficiency in marketing automation, website development, and analytics tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Google Analytics.
Strong analytical capabilities and a proven track record of using data to inform creative, high-impact marketing strategies.
Prior experience in healthcare technology or selling to payers is highly preferred.

What we offer

The annual salary range for this position is $155,000 to $175,000. In addition to base compensation, we provide a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and future, including:
