The role
We are seeking an experienced Director, Demand Generation to lead our strategy, execution, and optimization efforts. This is a full-time, remote leadership position reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing. You will manage a team of five and work closely with agency partners to drive predictable pipeline growth for our sales-led and self-service business models. We are looking for a data-driven player-coach who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to make a significant impact across our organization. This role is open to candidates based in the United States and Canada.
Core responsibilities
- Develop and own a comprehensive demand generation strategy that aligns with our revenue goals, focusing on efficient lead generation, pipeline development, and user growth.
- Build and lead a high-performing team while fostering strong collaboration across product, sales, and brand marketing departments.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize channel strategies, monitor key performance indicators, and manage the demand generation budget to ensure maximum ROI.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 8 years of experience in demand generation or a related field, preferably within the B2B SaaS industry.
- A minimum of 5 years of people management experience.
- Proven expertise in utilizing marketing automation and CRM software to drive results.
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of improving funnel effectiveness and making data-backed decisions.
- Experience managing both product-led and sales-led growth motions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at the executive level.
- Proficiency in English.
