We are currently seeking a dynamic and hands-on Director of Demand Generation to join our marketing team and help us scale our impact.
Key outcomes
- Design and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies that align with our business objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, ABM, email, paid social, search, events, and content syndication.
- Manage demand generation OKRs and utilize analytics frameworks to measure performance and report results to executive leadership.
- Oversee the demand generation budget to ensure efficient resource allocation and maximum return on investment.
- Develop and own our ABM initiatives by identifying, segmenting, and targeting our ideal customer profiles.
- Manage nurture programs and email marketing efforts to effectively move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and performance analysis to optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
- Stay current with industry trends and the competitive landscape to continuously refine our marketing approach.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Over 10 years of experience in demand generation within a B2B SaaS environment, with a proven history of driving measurable growth.
- At least 5 years of experience in a strategic global leadership role.
- Deep expertise in marketing automation tools like Hubspot and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams and foster a culture of innovation.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into creative, actionable solutions.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- A start-up mentality with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and execute tasks effectively.
Preferred qualifications
- A Master’s degree or MBA.
- Previous professional experience within the video commerce industry.
Compensation
The estimated salary range for this position is US $150,000 to $175,000. Compensation may also include stock options, and final offers are determined based on factors such as location, skills, experience, and market demand. We offer a hybrid work environment, and while we are currently looking for candidates in the Bay Area, we encourage applicants from other locations who are willing to relocate.
