What is this role?

We are seeking a Director, CRM to join us in a full-time, executive-level capacity. This is a hybrid role that can be performed from our San Francisco office or remotely from anywhere in the United States. You will be the primary owner of our CRM channels, responsible for both high-level strategy and the daily execution of our messaging lifecycle.

What will you do?

• Lead the development and execution of our holistic CRM strategy, partnering with product and engineering teams to drive member engagement and revenue.
• Manage and mentor a multi-level team of CRM professionals to optimize campaign performance across email, push, and direct mail channels.
• Synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to refine customer segmentation, improve deliverability, and implement rigorous A/B testing methodologies.

What makes you a great fit?

You are a strategic thinker with at least 8 years of experience managing enterprise-level campaign systems like Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Iterable. You have a proven track record of operating at scale within a matrixed organization and possess a deep understanding of CRM lifecycle mapping. We value leaders who can inspire their teams, collaborate effectively across technical departments, and solve complex problems with a proactive mindset. Proficiency in English is required for this role.
