At StockX, we empower a global community to connect with the culture they love through our dynamic marketplace for sneakers, apparel, collectibles, and more. We are looking for a Director, CRM to lead our efforts in driving customer retention and engagement across our email, push, and SMS channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive CRM strategies to move customers through the lifecycle funnel.
- Manage our CRM technology stack, including our ESP and predictive segmentation tools.
- Increase user engagement by implementing effective audience segmentation and targeting plans.
- Design and conduct A/B tests to continuously optimize personalization and communication performance.
- Own annual and weekly channel performance goals, including forecasting send volumes and managing contact cadence.
- Collaborate with our creative, product, and technology teams to produce high-quality content and user experiences.
- Maintain cross-channel editorial calendars for campaigns and key initiatives.
- Partner with our analytics team to evaluate campaign success and identify new growth opportunities.
Must-haves
- At least 7 years of experience in CRM or digital marketing within a B2C e-commerce environment.
- Minimum of 4 years in a leadership role managing teams.
- Proven ability to own revenue targets, KPIs, and message volume forecasts.
- Strong copywriting skills and experience working with integrated marketing teams.
- Fluency in English.
Benefits
The base salary range for this position is $170,000.00 to $190,000.00.
- Hybrid work schedule, with 2 days per week onsite in our Downtown Detroit office.
