We are seeking a Director, Content Marketing to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity. At ParetoHealth, we are united by a mission of collective greatness, working to transform the employee health benefits industry. Since our founding in 2011, we have pioneered financing innovations that reduce self-insurance risks and provide world-class cost control solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. We are looking for a dynamic leader who can help us build a new category and drive our brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement efforts while reporting to the Head of Product Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute a data-driven content strategy that aligns with our business objectives, industry trends, and customer needs, while partnering with vendors to optimize our SEO efforts.
- Establish our position as an industry thought leader by producing quarterly anchor content featuring unique insights and managing a process to generate five customer case studies every quarter.
- Drive lead generation and nurturing through compelling storytelling, including the development of evergreen campaigns, webinars, landing pages, and educational assets that support the entire buyer journey.
Requirements
- A minimum of eight years of experience in B2B content marketing, with a preference for candidates who have worked with brokers or in the employer benefits space.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives effectively and meet demanding deadlines.
- A willingness to travel seasonally, approximately 10% of the time, to support business requirements.
