We are looking for a talented Director of Communications to join us in the United States and help shape the future of our agency.
What you'll be doing
- You will lead our public relations and media strategy to secure industry recognition and increase our brand visibility across major publications.
- You will own the messaging and positioning for Thinkingbox, AntiSocial, and The Heist, ensuring our story remains consistent and impactful across all channels.
- You will manage our reputation and thought leadership by securing speaking engagements, award opportunities, and media interviews for our executive team.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- At least 7 years of experience in communications, public relations, or marketing, ideally within a creative agency or similar industry.
- A proven track record of securing media coverage and building strong relationships with journalists and industry influencers.
- A deep understanding of the digital marketing and creative landscapes.
- Exceptional storytelling, writing, and editing abilities.
- Strong project management skills, with the capacity to lead complex campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Proficiency in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
