What you'll be doing
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of marketers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration while developing expertise in clinical, practice, and hospital-based marketing.
- Develop and execute comprehensive, audience-centric commercial strategies that drive awareness and adoption of Aquablation across key segments, including surgeons, hospital executives, and practice staff.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing operations, and market access teams to define clear goals, align on go-to-market strategies, and provide the commercial organization with high-impact tools and content.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in leadership and commercial strategy, specifically within the medical device industry. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 12 years of marketing experience, with a proven track record of success in complex business environments.
- Deep expertise in data-driven decision making, performance analysis, and strategic prioritization.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex clinical or economic concepts into compelling value propositions.
- Demonstrated experience in change management and the ability to lead, recruit, and develop talented teams.
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, with an MBA or advanced degree considered a strong plus.
- Experience working directly with C-suite hospital administrators and a solid understanding of health economics or hospital finance is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English.
