Responsibilities
- Architect and manage our go-to-market technology stack, ensuring seamless integration between Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and sales tools.
- Collaborate with leadership to optimize the full revenue funnel, focusing on pipeline conversion, forecasting precision, and efficient lead-to-revenue workflows.
- Develop and refine audience segmentation models to enhance outreach effectiveness and lower customer acquisition costs.
- Design executive-level dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide clear visibility into campaign performance, revenue attribution, and overall pipeline health.
- Lead the operational cadence for revenue forecasting by working closely with finance, sales, and marketing teams.
- Serve as a bridge between departments to ensure data integrity, shared terminology, and consistent execution across the organization.
Must-haves
- 8 to 12 or more years of progressive experience within revenue, marketing, or sales operations.
- Proven background working in a healthcare marketing environment, ideally within the specialty pharmacy sector.
- A track record of supporting significant revenue growth, specifically at the $100M+ scale, with clear impacts on pipeline and acquisition costs.
- Deep, hands-on technical proficiency with Salesforce architecture, HubSpot or similar automation tools, and data platforms like ZoomInfo.
- Strong analytical capabilities, including experience building forecasting models and KPI frameworks.
- Experience navigating organizational change within high-growth, data-centric companies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams around common goals.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Permanent work authorization in the United States and residency within the country.
