The role
We are seeking an executive-level Director of Brand Partnerships to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a high-impact leadership position reporting directly to our COO. You will serve as a primary strategist and deal maker, tasked with elevating our portfolio of brands to achieve mainstream household recognition. We need a seasoned professional who can bridge the gap between blockchain technology and global consumer industries, including apparel, automotive, and consumer goods.
Core responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy that drives significant revenue growth across our entire brand portfolio.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage creative, authentic collaborations with category-leading brands to bring unique blockchain experiences to a wider audience.
- Serve as the primary liaison for our partners, facilitating the connection between external brands and our dedicated communities while overseeing the lifecycle of each deal.
Skills and experience
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, with at least 5 years specifically focused on brand partnerships.
- A proven history of successfully closing complex deals and fostering long-term business relationships.
- Strong proficiency in project management, negotiation, and strategic planning.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and work effectively in a remote environment.
- A deep understanding of current gaming and social media trends, with the ability to translate those insights into actionable partnership opportunities.
Compensation and benefits
The base salary range for this position is $220,000 to $280,000 USD. In addition to this base compensation, we offer the flexibility of remote work to support our team members wherever they are located.
