Having already helped millions of families secure their ideal homes, we are now looking for a visionary Director of B2B Marketing to join our team and help us scale our impact. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you will lead our strategy within the real estate technology sector. We operate a sophisticated two-sided marketplace powered by SaaS and AI tools, and we need an expert to help us accelerate our growth and continue reshaping the industry.
Key outcomes
- Design and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy that drives business growth.
- Build and optimize a high-performing acquisition pipeline for consistent lead generation.
- Develop nurture campaigns that effectively guide prospects through the sales funnel.
- Scale marketing operations through advanced CRM implementation, specifically using Salesforce.
- Partner with the product team to lead successful go-to-market strategies for new offerings.
- Create compelling content that establishes our brand as a thought leader in the real estate tech space.
- Collaborate with the C-suite to align marketing initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Utilize data analytics to measure performance and inform high-level decision-making.
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team that thrives on innovation.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, including a minimum of 7 years in senior leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in B2B SaaS, AI tools, and two-sided marketplace dynamics.
- Proven track record of leading major product launches with measurable revenue impact.
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, for automation and lead management.
- Demonstrated ability to develop market positioning strategies in competitive environments.
- Exceptional executive presence with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and C-level stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on ROI and performance metrics.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills in English.
Compensation
We offer a competitive salary range based on your location and experience:
- Zone 1: $165,000 - $200,000
- Zone 2: $152,000 - $185,000
- Zone 3: $140,000 - $170,000
In addition to your base salary, this role includes bonus opportunities and equity. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance with 100% of premiums covered for you and your dependents. You will also have access to a 401k plan, unlimited vacation time, and a dedicated home office budget to ensure you are set up for success in your remote role.
