About the Role
We are searching for a Director of Account Based Marketing to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a strategic leadership position where you will own the end-to-end marketing efforts for identified segments. You will be responsible for driving incremental revenue and new user acquisition by developing and executing targeted marketing strategies that align closely with our sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement multi-channel outbound and account-based marketing campaigns while managing project timelines and cross-functional execution.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define ideal customer profiles and build high-impact account lists.
- Analyze campaign performance, manage ad spending, and provide actionable insights to leadership to optimize our marketing ROI.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B account-based marketing.
- Strong proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools, specifically Salesforce and Marketo.
- Proven ability to develop high-level strategies and execute them through effective project management.
- A data-oriented mindset with experience in A/B testing and building actionable dashboards.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
Location
This position is remote and open to candidates located anywhere in the United States within our eligible hiring states.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package for this role, with a base salary range of $137,000 to $180,000 per year, plus a variable component of $10,000 to $40,000 per year, depending on your experience. Our benefits include:
