We are looking for a strategic leader to help us scale our impact and drive meaningful growth.
Role at a glance
We are seeking a Director, ABM & Demand Marketing to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a senior-level role based in the United States, where you will be responsible for designing and executing programs that capture demand and create new opportunities for our business.
Your impact
- Develop and implement a comprehensive, data-driven strategy to drive new business and expand our current customer base, with an 80% focus on enterprise account-based marketing and 20% on product-led growth for our SMB segment.
- Partner closely with sales, revenue operations, and product marketing to align on go-to-market plans, messaging frameworks, and clear audience targeting.
- Own the end-to-end execution and performance reporting of all demand generation programs, using quantitative insights to optimize tactics and maximize return on investment.
What you'll need
- At least 7 years of professional experience in demand generation, digital marketing, and account-based marketing, with a track record of successfully executing targeted campaigns.
- Deep technical expertise in HubSpot for managing workflows, landing pages, and marketing automation.
- Over 5 years of hands-on experience with tools such as Google Adwords, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, and Salesforce.
- A data-driven mindset combined with the ability to balance high-level strategic planning with daily tactical execution.
- Strong communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.
Perks and compensation
The salary range for this position is $175,000 to $230,000. Final compensation is determined based on individual expertise and experience.
