At Possible, we are building a new type of consumer finance company that prioritizes the financial health of our users rather than profiting from their debt. Since our founding in 2017, we have delivered over one billion dollars in funding to more than one million customers, saving them over five hundred million dollars in the process. We are a distributed team backed by Canvas and Union Square Ventures, and we are looking for passionate individuals to join us in making financial fairness a reality.
About the Role

This position is critical to our growth, as you will work to improve acquisition costs and lifetime value while collaborating with cross-functional teams like product, creative, and credit risk.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute high-impact direct mail and email campaigns, managing the entire production process from vendor coordination to quality assurance.
- Build and implement scalable workflows and processes to improve campaign execution speed, consistency, and customer centricity.
- Monitor campaign performance and lead forecasting efforts, using data-driven insights to refine targeting, segmentation, and overall channel strategy.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should bring the following qualifications and skills:
- At least 4 years of experience in marketing operations, direct mail, or performance marketing within fintech, DTC, or high-growth industries.
- Strong project management abilities, with a proven track record of coordinating complex campaigns across multiple teams and external vendors.
- Technical proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL and Tableau, as well as familiarity with CRM platforms and campaign management software.
- A hands-on, problem-solving mindset and a deep alignment with our mission to improve the financial lives of our customers.

We offer a competitive annual salary range of $130,000 to $137,000. In addition to your salary, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and long-term success:
