What you bring

We are seeking a Senior Digital Web Analytics Specialist for a full-time, on-site position located in the United States. In this role, you will serve as a key driver for our digital performance, ensuring our data architecture is robust and our marketing efforts are backed by clear, actionable insights. You will be responsible for the following:

• Implementing industry-leading analytics practices to measure and optimize our online performance.
• Conducting deep data analysis and web experiments to improve the customer journey.
• Creating business-oriented reports and dashboards that guide our paid media, lifecycle marketing, and merchandising teams.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong blend of technical expertise and analytical thinking. We look for candidates who are proficient in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, with a solid understanding of HTML to help troubleshoot and implement tracking code. You should be a natural problem solver who can interpret complex data sets and present findings in a way that is easy for others to understand. A bachelor’s degree in a field like business, computer science, or analytics is preferred, though we welcome candidates with an associate degree and relevant experience. You must be fluent in English and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.
