At Finom we are building an all-in-one financial platform that combines banking, accounting, invoicing, and financial management for entrepreneurs across Europe. Headquartered in Amsterdam, we recently raised a €115 million Series C round, bringing our total funding to approximately $346 million, and we continue to expand into Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, and Spain.
The role
We are hiring a Digital Performance Manager on a full-time, remote basis. This senior-level position sits within our Paid Media team and reports directly to the Paid Media Team Lead. You will lead performance marketing efforts aimed at B2B audiences, primarily small and medium-sized enterprises, and you will collaborate closely with creative, analytics, product, and sales colleagues.
Core responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and continuously optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, DV360, and emerging channels such as Reddit or Snapchat.
- Design and run structured tests on audiences, creatives, formats, placements, and bidding strategies to improve lead quality and lower cost per lead.
- Build or co-create performance dashboards, analyze funnel metrics including CPL, CAC, CTR, and ROAS, and translate insights into clear recommendations for the wider team.
Skills and experience
- At least five years of hands-on digital performance marketing experience, ideally within B2B or SaaS environments.
- Proven expertise with LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and DV360; additional programmatic platforms are a plus.
- Strong grasp of the B2B customer journey, long sales cycles, and tactics for generating qualified leads.
- Comfort working with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Power BI to track, tag, and report on campaign performance.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and A/B testing frameworks is advantageous, as is prior experience in fintech or entrepreneur-focused marketing.
Compensation and benefits
- Remote work across Europe with flexible hours.
- Stock options available to every team member.
- Paid time off and dedicated professional development resources.
- Access to our Work & Swim program, offering a month-long stay in a corporate apartment in Cyprus.
