We are looking for a hands-on Digital Optimization Manager to lead data-driven initiatives that improve website performance, inbound funnels, and conversion rates at FinQuery, the award-winning provider of AI-driven accounting automation and contract management used by more than 8,000 organizations worldwide.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute data-driven strategies that enhance website performance, streamline inbound funnels, and optimize content for engagement and conversion.
Build and maintain a structured testing and reporting framework to track digital experiences and drive continuous improvement.
Lead A/B testing programs and analyze performance metrics with Google Analytics and other data platforms to measure results and maximize ROI.
Map customer and prospect journeys, identify friction points, and refine landing pages and digital touchpoints to increase conversions.
Partner with marketing teams to optimize digital campaigns and lead-generation efforts through data-informed decisions.
Align optimization work with broader inbound marketing and lead-nurturing strategies to support acquisition, engagement, and retention goals.

Must-haves

5+ years of experience in digital marketing, design, and website optimization.
Proven success owning a visual brand and digital experience within a B2B SaaS environment.
Strong background in growth marketing, lead generation, and inbound marketing strategies.
Hands-on experience with performance optimization techniques, including content optimization, user journey mapping, and funnel improvements.
Proficiency with design tools, web technologies, and content management systems.
Expertise using Google Analytics and running A/B tests to improve conversion rates and ROI.
Strong project management skills with tools such as Asana.
Advanced experience with Salesforce and HubSpot, plus the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
In-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms, specifically WordPress with the Divi theme.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Fluency in English.
