The role
We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a high-visibility, performance-based position where you will own our PPC execution and SEO strategy. We need a self-driven expert who can independently manage our digital presence and drive business growth without relying on external agencies. You will be responsible for high-stakes initiatives that directly impact our success, making this an ideal role for someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys taking full ownership of their work.
Core responsibilities
- PPC Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including detailed keyword research, bidding strategies, and budget management to hit key performance targets.
- SEO and Content Strategy: Conduct website audits and optimize content to improve search rankings, while collaborating with our team to ensure all content supports our broader digital marketing goals.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics and Salesforce to track campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and refine our strategies to align with modern buyer journeys.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record of driving business growth through digital channels. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in managing PPC and SEO, with 3 years of that time spent independently managing and optimizing campaigns.
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO best practices.
- Proficiency with a variety of tools, including Salesforce, WordPress, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to adapt strategies quickly based on market changes and performance data.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to build and implement strategies from the ground up.
Compensation and benefits
We offer a compensation package ranging from $70,000 to $110,000, which includes a combination of base salary and performance-based variable pay. We are committed to helping our team live their best lives through the following benefits:
