What you bring

We are looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Specialist to join us on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire customer journey, from the moment a user discovers our brand to their ongoing retention. You will be based in the United Kingdom, specifically working from our office in Hammersmith. Your core responsibilities will include the following:

• Launching and managing acquisition, retention, and engagement campaigns across internal channels like CRM-based email and push notifications, as well as external platforms including Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and X.
• Collaborating closely with our product managers, designers, copywriters, and marketing managers to create messaging that resonates with our users.
• Utilizing data-driven insights to optimize our audience targeting, content strategy, and overall messaging.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you should have at least one year of professional experience in digital marketing, specifically as a marketing or CRM specialist. We are looking for someone who possesses hands-on expertise with CRM platforms or performance marketing tools. You must be highly analytical and comfortable pulling your own data to conduct independent analysis. Because we value clear communication, you should have a talent for writing impactful, customer-centric content in English.
