We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Jet Support Services, Inc. (JSSI). For over 35 years, we have served as the leading independent provider of maintenance support, software, and financial tools for the business aviation industry, currently supporting more than 6,000 aircraft worldwide.

Responsibilities

Design and execute comprehensive digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, social media, and paid advertising channels.
Manage the full lead lifecycle, including database maintenance, lead qualification, and distribution to our sales teams.
Collaborate with marketing leadership to establish ROI and KPI targets, while managing performance dashboards to track project success.
Optimize user experience on landing pages and websites to drive higher quality lead generation.
Monitor prospect behavior to develop effective communication triggers and automated workflows.
Analyze campaign data to identify trends, conduct conversion tests, and refine marketing spend for better performance.
Ensure all marketing activities remain compliant with current data privacy and industry regulations.

Must-haves

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of professional experience in digital marketing.
Technical proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Advertising, SEO, and SEM.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce and other CRM tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
A solid understanding of marketing automation best practices.
