About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will work directly under our CEO to accelerate user acquisition and drive the growth of our Web3 segments. You will be responsible for optimizing the user experience and managing comprehensive marketing strategies, collaborating closely with various stakeholders to ensure our community continues to thrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute user-focused campaigns while analyzing their impact on growth.
• Lead the strategy and operation of our Web3 application segments to increase user retention and community engagement.
• Utilize SQL and other analytical tools to perform user research, improve UX, and optimize app store visibility.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in marketing and a deep interest in the Web3 ecosystem. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in creating and implementing marketing strategies.
• Proven experience in community building and analyzing user experience data.
• Hands-on experience with mobile or web advertising operations and app monetization through ad networks.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and a track record of collaborating with engineers to improve product features.
• Business-level fluency in both Japanese and English.

Location

This position is based on-site at our office in Toranomon, Minato-ku, Tokyo.
