We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Taiwan on a full-time, on-site basis.

Key outcomes

• Design and implement comprehensive online and offline marketing campaigns, including content strategies, brand partnerships, and on-ground activations, to increase traffic to our digital platforms.
• Produce and refine high-quality content, such as blog posts, landing pages, and multimedia assets, to boost audience engagement and conversion rates.
• Identify and optimize growth channels and website experiences to improve the overall user journey and support revenue growth.
• Monitor and analyze marketing data, user behavior, and website performance metrics to inform future marketing and user experience strategies.
• Develop new initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads, while testing innovative approaches to capture market demand.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to share insights, gather feedback, and present campaign results to the wider organization.

Requirements

• Four to seven years of professional experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or growth marketing.
• Proven track record of developing and optimizing website content to drive traffic and improve conversion metrics.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data, metrics, and consumer trends to generate creative marketing solutions.
• A goal-oriented mindset with the resilience required to drive continuous improvements in website performance.
• An open-minded, curious approach to problem-solving and a collaborative spirit.
• Fluency in English.
