What is this role?
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join us on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position designed for someone with at least three years of experience who is ready to take our brand awareness and lead generation efforts to the next level. You will be working in a hybrid capacity within the United States.
What will you do?
- You will manage our marketing automation and CRM tools, specifically HubSpot and Salesforce, to ensure our data quality is high and our campaign metrics are tracked accurately.
- You will collaborate with our Digital Marketing Manager to research, test, and execute omni-channel campaigns that drive growth and enhance our digital presence.
- You will oversee our social media strategy by creating engaging content for platforms like LinkedIn, X, and YouTube, while also managing paid campaigns to boost our reach and engagement.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong foundation in marketing operations and a solid understanding of data analytics. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with English-language content and has the following qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or business.
- At least three years of professional experience in marketing, with a focus on marketing automation and social media.
- Strong writing and proofreading skills, with the ability to craft on-brand copy that resonates with B2B audiences.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with GA4 and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a bonus if you have design experience using Canva or Adobe CC.
