The role

We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in Australia where you will take ownership of our social media presence and help elevate our brand on the global stage. We are seeking a creative strategist who is ready to make a significant impact on how we engage with our community worldwide.

Core responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase our brand visibility and engagement across all global markets.
• Create and design high-quality visual and video assets using tools such as Figma, Canva, and Adobe After Effects.
• Monitor performance data and analytics to refine our approach, ensuring we consistently improve our reach, follower growth, and overall return on investment.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in social media marketing with a proven ability to grow online communities.
• Deep expertise in managing platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X, Snapchat, and TikTok, including a strong grasp of their specific algorithms and best practices.
• Proficiency in using Sprout Social or similar tools to track and report on digital campaign performance.
• Strong creative instincts and the ability to write persuasive, engaging content.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate observations into actionable business insights.
