What is this role?
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity within the United States. This is a mid-level position designed for someone with 3 to 5 years of experience who is ready to take ownership of our online presence and drive meaningful lead generation. You will work closely with our marketing and business development departments to shape strategies that support our various brands and product lines.
What will you do?
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and digital advertising.
- Manage the full lead lifecycle by building databases, qualifying prospects, and collaborating with sales teams to ensure effective lead distribution.
- Analyze campaign performance by creating dashboards, conducting conversion tests, and identifying data-driven insights to optimize our marketing spend and overall results.
