Role at a glance
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Canada. This is a mid-level position reporting to the VP of Embedded Marketing, perfect for a creative and analytical professional who is eager to learn from senior leadership while taking ownership of key marketing initiatives.
Your impact
- Lead our digital advertising efforts by planning and optimizing campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn, while conducting SEO research and A/B testing to maximize performance.
- Manage our email marketing strategy, which includes building automated workflows, handling list segmentation, and ensuring all communications meet regulatory standards.
- Drive community engagement by creating and curating content for social media, monitoring our channels, and using Google Analytics to report on KPIs and refine our outreach strategies.
What you'll need
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Two to three years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, specifically within advertising, email, and social media.
- Technical proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn campaign management, with Marketo experience being a significant asset.
- Strong analytical skills paired with the ability to turn data into actionable marketing insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with our design and product marketing teams.

Perks and compensation
The base salary range for this position in Canada is $58,000 to $88,000 per year, plus a bonus. Final compensation is determined based on your unique experience, skills, and qualifications, and our team will provide more details on additional eligibility during the interview process.
