The opportunity
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and serve as a driving force behind our growth. This is a mid-level role for a tech-savvy professional who knows how to turn data into strategy. You will sit at the heart of our marketing operations, using your expertise in digital tools to optimize our reach and efficiency. Whether you are building complex automation or analyzing campaign performance, your work will directly influence how we connect with our clients and expand our footprint in the financial services sector.
A day in the life
- You will design and manage sophisticated workflows and automation sequences within HubSpot to ensure our marketing efforts are both strategic and efficient.
- You will take the lead on our digital advertising initiatives, launching and refining campaigns across SEM, programmatic, and paid social channels to maximize our return on investment.
- You will dive deep into Google Analytics to track trends, generate insightful reports, and provide our team with the data-driven recommendations needed to improve our performance.
Who you are
You bring at least three years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within a fast-paced agency or a financial services firm. You are a natural problem solver who feels at home in a hybrid work environment and possesses the following skills:
- Advanced proficiency in HubSpot, including the ability to build custom reporting and complex automation.
- Strong analytical capabilities with a track record of using Google Analytics to inform marketing decisions.
- Hands-on experience managing digital advertising campaigns and a working knowledge of Webflow or similar CMS platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, allowing you to explain complex data insights to various stakeholders in English.
- A meticulous eye for detail and a collaborative spirit that helps you thrive both independently and within a team.
