About the Role
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager for a full-time, remote position. In this mid-level role, you will lead our digital marketing initiatives, specifically focusing on the launch and management of a new paid media strategy. You will be responsible for overseeing organic digital efforts and website strategy while ensuring we deliver exceptional service to our internal and external partners. We need someone with strong financial acumen and a demand-generation mindset to help align our marketing programs with our broader business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal projects and serve as the primary point of contact for third-party agencies to execute strategies in SEO, paid search, and paid social media.
- Manage our website user experience, conversion rate optimization, and A/B testing efforts to drive lead generation and customer retention.
- Track and analyze performance metrics across all digital channels, providing actionable insights to optimize our marketing budget and improve overall results.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Three to five years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on growth marketing and performance optimization.
- At least two years of hands-on experience managing ad budgets and executing search engine optimization and marketing campaigns.
- Technical proficiency with marketing automation tools like Marketo and deep expertise in Google Analytics, including attribution modeling.
- Experience managing multi-channel paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta.
- A strategic mindset combined with the willingness to execute tasks hands-on when necessary.
Location
This position is remote and can be performed from anywhere within the United States.
