Digital Marketing Manager at Sygnature Discovery

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Nottingham. This is a hybrid role, requiring you to be in the office 3 to 4 times a week, where you will play a pivotal part in shaping our digital presence and driving our marketing initiatives forward.

What you'll be doing

• Take full ownership of our digital marketing strategy, working alongside external agencies to optimize SEO, PPC, email marketing, and paid social advertising.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Campaigns Manager to design and execute high-impact lead generation and thought leadership campaigns that elevate our reputation in the drug discovery industry.
• Manage our website and marketing automation workflows, ensuring a seamless user experience while providing detailed reporting on key performance indicators for our leadership team.

What you'll bring

• Proven experience in managing digital marketing strategies and utilizing a variety of technical tools.
• Strong skills in Project Management and Content Management Systems.
• Proficiency with marketing automation software, ideally HubSpot.
• Excellent organizational abilities, a high level of comfort with data and metrics, and strong mathematical skills.
• A degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is desirable.
• Fluency in English.
• While experience in the pharma, biotech, or drug discovery sectors is a plus, it is not strictly required.
