About the Role
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity. In this role, you will lead our digital sales strategy across the APAC region, with a primary focus on third-party delivery aggregators and our own digital channels. You will work closely with technology leads and franchisees to develop roadmaps that drive acquisition, retention, and profitability while enhancing the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for third-party delivery aggregators to boost profitable sales and optimize the customer experience across key Asian markets.
- Partner with regional technology leads and franchisees to build and deploy digital roadmaps, including the implementation of CRM and loyalty initiatives.
- Define performance metrics and utilize data analytics to track channel growth, generate actionable insights, and lead business reviews with stakeholders.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in business, technology, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of professional experience in executing strategic roadmaps and managing digital initiatives.
- Proven experience working with delivery partners within the QSR, F&B, or grocery industries.
- Demonstrated expertise in e-commerce, CRM, and loyalty programs with a history of driving business performance.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships across diverse cultures.
- Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in an additional Asian language such as Hindi, Thai, Korean, or Japanese is highly preferred.
