What is this role?
We are hiring a Digital Marketing Manager on a full-time, on-site basis at our Warsaw campus. The position calls for a senior-level professional who will act as product owner for our website and CRM systems while shaping digital strategies that support revenue growth across the region.
What will you do?
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive website strategy, optimize navigation and content for SEO, run A/B tests, and coordinate external developers and advertising partners to keep the site performing at a high level.
- Guide digital nurture campaigns, identify automation opportunities, and streamline B2B email marketing efforts so leads move efficiently through the sales pipeline.
- Manage projects from start to finish, report regularly on performance metrics, and directly supervise our centralized Marketing Coordinator while staying in close contact with regional and local marketing colleagues.
What makes you a great fit?
You bring at least seven years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or website management, along with a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a comparable field-or the equivalent practical background. You are fluent in English and have strong Polish proficiency, and you are already authorized to work in Poland. Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms, Google Analytics, A/B testing, SEO, conversion-rate optimization, and B2B email marketing is essential.
