We specialize in advanced Mobile Ad-hoc Network radios that utilize our proprietary MIMO waveform to provide vital communications in the most challenging environments on earth. From supporting defense and law enforcement agencies to providing connectivity for major events like the Superbowl, our technology is trusted globally. We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will collaborate with our leadership to elevate our brand and product presence, driving growth through strategic digital initiatives. This position is based at our headquarters in West Los Angeles and follows a hybrid schedule with three days of onsite work per week.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Director of Marketing to define and execute a comprehensive digital strategy that increases website traffic, boosts customer engagement, and improves conversion rates.
- Manage and optimize our digital presence by overseeing website updates, design improvements, and the creation of high-quality content that enhances the user experience.
- Lead the development of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including paid media and email outreach, while using data analytics to measure performance and maximize return on investment.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within a B2B or B2G technology environment.
- Deep expertise in SEO, SEM, and PPC, along with a strong command of CRM platforms and marketing tech stacks.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong project management abilities and the capacity to handle occasional travel.
- Must be a U.S. Person as required by our status as a federal contractor.
What we offer
The salary range for this position is $115,000 to $130,000 USD. We are committed to supporting our employees through a hybrid work environment that balances collaboration with flexibility.
