The opportunity

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager on a contract basis to keep that front door polished, fast, and conversion-focused. Sitting at the intersection of marketing, design, and engineering, you will own the performance of cohere.com-turning data into experiments, experiments into insights, and insights into a website that tells our story and drives developer sign-ups. Your work directly influences how the world discovers and adopts the AI systems we build.

A day in the life

• You start by diving into analytics dashboards, reviewing the previous day’s traffic, conversion funnels, and experiment results before prioritizing the next set of tests or content updates.
• Mid-morning you might sit with the design and web-development teams to scope a new landing page, tweak on-page SEO elements, or QA a freshly published campaign asset so everything feels unmistakably Cohere.
• In the afternoon you prepare a concise read-out for marketing and product stakeholders, translating complex metrics from Google Analytics and Fullstory into clear recommendations that shape tomorrow’s roadmap.

Who you are

You bring at least five years of hands-on ownership over a B2B or B2B2C website, always with an eye on digital acquisition and the full customer journey. Global SEO is second nature to you, including localization best practices that resonate across regions. You navigate Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and Fullstory with expert fluency, and you comfortably translate those numbers for both marketers and engineers. HTML, CSS, and JavaScript live in your everyday toolkit, letting you move quickly without waiting on a developer for every tweak. A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or marketing field underpins your structured approach to growth, while a scrappy, start-up mindset keeps you iterating fast and shipping often. Clear communication, meticulous attention to detail, and an instinct for brand consistency round out the profile of someone who thrives in a high-velocity AI company.
