We are currently searching for an organized and passionate Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity within the United States. Key outcomes
- Take ownership of digital channels including email, affiliate marketing, SEO, and PPC to promote our brand and services.
- Design and implement strategies that drive customer acquisition, referral growth, and long-term retention.
- Create and manage engaging social media content and digital assets, including video production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather product feedback and build assets that support sales enablement.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on digital campaign data to provide actionable insights that improve performance.
- Align all digital marketing activities with our broader corporate objectives and strategic goals.
- Provide comprehensive support for company events, such as webinars, podcasts, and in-person gatherings.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- Four to six years of professional marketing experience.
- Proven ability to create, execute, and track high-impact digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret trends in website analytics, lead generation, and content marketing.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and industry best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in English.
- Ability to travel as required.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience working as a HubSpot administrator.
- Prior experience in video production.
- Background in B2B or mortgage industry marketing.
