We currently serve 45 cities across Algeria, Morocco, and Tunisia, and we have recently expanded our reach into France, Canada, and Sub-Saharan Africa. With approximately 200 million dollars in funding from venture capitalists in Silicon Valley, Europe, and beyond, we are building a robust infrastructure for on-demand services like ride-hailing and last-mile delivery. We are now integrating financial services into our platform to empower users to pay, save, and borrow digitally. Our mission is to lead the continent into the digital economy by creating a marketplace that delivers essential services while upholding strong social values.
Key outcomes
- Lead the entire customer journey, from initial positioning to external communications.
- Conduct thorough competitive analysis to inform our market strategy.
- Collaborate with our Head of Marketing to prioritize features and drive business growth.
- Execute high-impact performance marketing campaigns to acquire new customers.
- Act as a dedicated business leader to shape the future of Yassir Express in South Africa.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 to 7 years of experience in digital and performance marketing.
- Technical, hands-on proficiency with major digital marketing platforms, including Google and various social media channels.
- A demonstrated history of success in driving customer acquisition.
- A relevant professional qualification.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous experience working within the FMCG or mobile application sectors is considered an asset.
