What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join us on a full-time, on-site basis in the Ortigas CBD. In this role, you will take full ownership of our email marketing program, focusing on engaging businesses that have created an account with Snappr. Whether you are working with small businesses or large enterprise corporations, you will play a key role in driving our growth and helping our clients succeed through impactful visual storytelling.
What will you do?
- Own and manage our entire email marketing program, including the development of high-level strategies aimed at increasing revenue and customer lifetime value.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of our email campaigns, which involves managing calendars for welcome series, abandoned carts, re-engagement efforts, and product education.
- Execute end-to-end email production by creating audience segments, designing templates, writing compelling copy, and conducting A/B testing to optimize performance.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 4 years of experience in email marketing, with a minimum of 2 years specifically focused on the B2B sector. You must have a deep understanding of the email ecosystem and be comfortable using platforms like Mailchimp, Autopilot, and Stripo. We also value candidates who possess the following:
- Strong analytical skills, including experience with Google Analytics to report on campaign performance.
- Impeccable English communication skills to ensure our messaging is clear and effective.
- A technical edge, as knowledge of HTML, CSS, or SQL is considered a significant plus.
- The ability to thrive in an environment where technology meets creativity.
